ApliCAD Interior works with two types of libraries: libraries 2D (for products such as ceramics, marble and glass mosaic) and 3D libraries (such as sanitary porcelain, taps, furniture.) Adding any manufacturer library in ApliCAD Interior is free for both the manufacturer and the customer. The technical requirements for both types of library are different, although they match to the simplicity of the information requested .

2D Library

Two elements are necessary for the creation of such library: a database with basic data of each article, as the code, the serial, model or size of it and a folder with individualized digital images of all items to incorporate into the library.

The database is constructed from a template. There are two types of Sheet of references, depending on the needs as a manufacturer: Basic-References (minimum fields - download here) and Extended-References (for companies wishing to establish two units of measure: metric and imperial - download here) whose fields are explained in "Explicación_Hoja_Referencias.pdf" (to download, click here).

As for images, they can be in BMP, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, TGA, or GIF formats(for other formats, consult ApliCAD) properly trimmed (no edges or shadow effects) and a quality of at least 72 p.p.p. Examples:
